Service Outage: Reports of customer sites down 9/29/2017

We are aware of reports that some customer sites are experiencing intermittent down time. The DNS service used for Homestead sites is experiencing network connectivity issues which is affecting the ability to route traffic to customer sites. We are currently experiencing a website outage for a small portion of our Website customers.  We are actively and urgently working to address the issue.  We don’t have an ETA as to when this specific issue will be resolved, but hope to have it fixed very soon.

Service Outage: October 25, 2013 – Delayed Email Sending

We are starting to receive reports from some customers that sent emails are not being delivered to the recipient.  We have investigated and fixed the issue.

Unfortunately, many emails were queued during this time, and we expect up to 12 hour delays for those messages to be delivered.  Any new messages will be sent immediately, and we expect no email to be lost during this time.

Service Outage: October 16, 2013 – Webmail Email Issues

We are currently experiencing issues with emails being sent from Zimbra. Our email administrators have been notified about the issue and are currently working to resolve problems with our outgoing mail servers. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

This error appears to be limited to the Zimbra web client. If you configure Outlook or another email client then you should be able to send your email.

Service Outage: September 30, 2013 – Hmail throwing server errors/slowness

Some users are reporting server errors when attempting to send or navigate in their Hmail box.  Others are reporting ongoing slowness in receiving.  This has been reported to our Hmail administrators who are working on finding a solution as quickly as possible.

Service Outage: September 26, 2013 – First part of Hmail solution implemented

The first half of our fix for Hmail has been implemented.  We now have new outgoing spam filters in place and have redirected our outgoing mail to other ports so that emails can be sent without being caught by blacklists. We are continuing to configure the new system to reduce the amount of incoming spam being received.  We appreciate your continued patience.

We are investigating reports that some people are having problems sending or receiving email. Our email admins are looking into the problem and hope to get the functionality restored as quickly as possible.

We have identified an issue with one of our email severs which is affecting the ability to log in and/or send emails.  There is currently no ETA, but our email administrators are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Our domain provider has resolved their outage.  Cleanup is still continuing so some domains may still experience some slowness loading.  However the main problem is fixed and there should be no more timeouts.
