We are experiencing problems with our email server mail.homesteadmail.com. This is causing problems with email programs like Outlook and phones attempting to access and send email. Our engineers are aware of the problem and working to resolve it as soon as possible. If you are experiencing problems using these programs please go to Homestead.com and click Check Email in the top right hand corner. You can then check and send email directly from the Hmail system. Beginning at 9pm (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, July 25th, 2012 due to the maintenance you will not be able change your Hmail mailbox settings including your password and you will not be able to provision new Hmail accounts. You will still be able to send and receive emails during this first phase. Starting at 11pm (Pacific Time) that evening until 2am (Pacific Time) all Hmail services will be brought down fully to complete that nightís upgrade. Please be assured that your incoming emails will be queued and delivered once your Hmail maintenance is completed.

From 10pm till midnight Pacific Time on Tuesday July 24th, new orders will not be placed and you won’t be able to access Store Administration. The rest of your store and account will still be accessible.

Periodic maintenance is an important part of our commitment to you, so Intuit Websites will be performing a scheduled maintenance on Thursday July 5th, 2012 from 10pm to Midnight Pacific Time.
We are performing a critical update to our database systems. Website customers will be unable to edit or publish for the duration of this maintenance. Storefront customers will be unable to log in to Store Administration. Visitors will be able to view your website and browse prodcuts from Storefronts during the maintenance, but will be unable to purchase products at that time.
