9:30 AM MST: We are continuing to monitor Homestead.com and Sitebuilder Plus performance.

2:00 MST PM: At this time, Homestead.com is loading and customers are able to log into their accounts. Sitebuilder Plus sites are beginning to load as we work to resolve the underlining problem. We will continue to provide updates here.

10:30 MST AM: We are aware some customers are unable to see their websites, and are unable to preview their website inside of Sitebuilder Plus. Customers have also reported issues logging into their account at Homestead.com.

Engineering is working to resolve the issue.

We are aware of an issue with uploading files to Sitebuilder Plus. We are currently investigating the cause and will post updates as we gather more information.

We are aware of an issue where WebsiteBuilder sites are not publishing. From within the builder, it looks as if the site has been published, but the changes do not reflect on the live site.
We’ve reported this issue and will get it fixed as soon as possible.

9:05 AM MST:

12:00 PM MST: We have received reports that some customer websites are not loading, and showing a services are temporarily unavailable error.

Our engineers are currently investigating the cause, we will post updates as we gather more information.

1:05 PM MST: The issue has been addressed, and website are beginning to load normally.

We will continue to monitor for any additional issues.

6:15 AM MST: We are aware of an issue that is causing live Sitebuilder Plus sites to not load. Additionally, users are experiencing a 404 error when trying to log into homestead.com.
Our engineers are currently investigating the cause, we will post updates as we gather more information.

8:35 AM MST: Sitebuilder Plus sites are starting to come back online and we are able to log into homestead.com
