Notification: Reports of Server Errors logging into Homestead, SSL errors logging into Roundcube 03/05/2020

5:30 PM MST: We have reports that some customers are experiencing a Server Error 404 when logging into Homestead.com, and about a privacy error received when connecting to https://emailmg.homestead.com/roundcube/ or via a mail client program.

We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will post updates as soon as they are received.

7:45 PM MST: The issue has been identified, and engineers are working to apply the fix.
We thank you for your patience, and will continue to provide updates as they received. 

9:15 PM MST: All issues are resolved, and we will continue to monitor and post and additional updates here.

1:20 PM EST: We are aware of an issue that is causing Server Errors when logging into Homestead accounts.
Our engineers are currently investigating the cause, and we will post updates here.

5:25 PM EST: We have identified the problem and we are implementing the fix. There are additional reports for Sitebuilder Plus sites not loading, and may be related.
We thank you for your patience as we fix all issues, and will continue to post updates here.

8:20 PM EST: The issue has been resolved, and customers are able to login once again without experiencing a server error.
We thank everybody for their patience, and we will continue to monitor to verify all services are running correctly.

Notification: SiteBuilder Plus Editor Times Out 12/05/2019

2:40 PM MST:  SiteBuilder Plus users may not be able to access the editor at this time due to timeout errors.
Our engineers are currently investigating the cause, we will post updates as we gather more information.

4:25 PM MST: The issue with Sitebuilder Plus websites and logging in has been resolved, and we will continue to monitor and update if we see any further issue.

8:00 AM MST: We are aware of an issue that is causing live Sitebuilder Plus sites to not load.
Our engineers are currently investigating the cause, we will post updates as we gather more information.

11:00 AM MST: SiteBuilder Plus live sites are beginning to load as expected, however an error is produced when logging in at Homestead.com.
Engineers are working to resolve this, and we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if we see another disruption.

12:00 PM MST: The issue with Sitebuilder Plus websites and logging in has been resolved, and we will continue to monitor and update if we see any further issue.

7:00 AM MST: We are aware of an issue that is causing live WebsiteBuilder and some Sitebuilder Plus sites to load slowly or time out.
Our engineers are currently investigating the cause, we will post updates as we gather more information.
7:15 AM MST: The issue causing sites to load a 502 error has been resolved.
We will continue to monitor for any additional issues.

Notification: Reports of errors when updating billing information 07/01/2019

7:25 AM: We have received reports from customers that when saving new billing information, that billing information does not save and an error is produced.

Our engineers are aware and are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

7:50 AM: The issue was identified, and quickly resolved. Updating billing should be processing as normal, however we will continue to monitor for additional reports.

8:35 MST: We are aware of an issue that is causing live SiteBuilder Plus sites to load slowly or time out. Our engineers are currently investigating the cause, we will post updates as we gather more information.

10:20 MST: Our engineering team has found the cause of SiteBuilder Plus live site issues. Access to live SiteBuilder Plus sites is restored,  we will continue to watch live sites and post an update if we see any further issue.

11:46 MST: SiteBuilder Plus live sites are not loading at this time. Our engineering team is aware and currently working to resolve the issue.

1:00 MST: SiteBuilder Plus live sites are loading as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if we see another disruption.

Notification: Email login 4/12/2019

We are aware of the privacy error received when connecting to https://emailmg.homestead.com/roundcube/ or via a mail client program. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will post updates as soon as they are received.

6:50 MST: The email system is still operating, but there is a problem with the renewed certificate. It is being investigated. Email is still accessible, though not secure at this time.

7:45am MST: Issue resolved for Webmail. We are continuing to work on the SMTP and IMAP/POP servers.

9:03am MST: This issue has been resolved, Webmail, SMTP, and IMAP/POP servers are online. If you continue to have trouble with devices connected thru IMAP/POP/SMTP, close your application and open it back up.

Notification: SiteBuilder Desktop Editor

1:26 PM MST Feb 20th: We have some good news to share with our Sitebuilder Desktop customers! We found that the latest version was not compatible with the most recent updates, as a result we’ve made available a version that currently functions. Please visit community.homestead.com for more information and instructions.

11:36 AM MST Feb 6th: We have received reports of customers not able to publish using the SiteBuilder Desktop editor. We found that due to a recent security update the connection with Homestead and SiteBuilder desktop is down. We have informed our engineering team and will post an update here as we gather more information.
