Notification: Website Builder editor and live websites not loading

10:24 AM MST: We have received reports of customers not able to load into Website Builder. There have also been reports that live websites are loading a blank page. If you are currently in the builder you may also have trouble publishing your site. Our engineering team is aware and working to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

1:24 AM MST: The issue with Website Builder has been resolved, we will continue to monitor and update if we see any further issue.

Notification: Reports of customers unable to load their Store Manager

10:05 AM MST: We have received reports of customers not able to load into their Store manager for their Website Builder site. Engineering is aware and working to resolve the issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will post updates here.

10:30 AM MST: The issue when opening your Store Manager with a Website Builder site has been resolved. We will continue to monitor for any additional reports.

Notification: We are aware of incoming/outgoing email delays

2:51pm(MST): We have had reports of delays sending and receiving email. These emails are being queued and will arrive once our team has a resolution.

3:34pm(MST): Our engineers have found the cause of email delays and a fix is in place. We expect it will take some time to catch up, but the mail queue times are improving.

4:15pm(MST): The incoming queue is just about cleared, so mail should be arriving in a timely fashion. The outgoing queue will still take a bit more time to finish sending, but it continues to improve.

4:50pm(MST): This issue has been resolved.

9:10 AM: We have received reports from customers that when saving new billing information, that billing information does not save. Our engineers are aware and are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

7:00 MST AM: Customers are intermittently unable to to call into Homestead support. Engineering is aware and are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible.

7:45 MST AM: Customers are able to dial into support at the time. We will continue to monitor for any additional reports or issues.

7:15 MST AM: We are aware some customers are unable to see their websites, and are unable to preview their website inside of Sitebuilder Plus. Engineering is working to resolve the issue.

4:45pm (MST)We are investigating reports of the Websitebuilder editor showing an 404 error when launching. If you were already editing the site, it may not save or publish. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

5:00pm (MST)Websitebuilder is functioning normally at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation.

1:30 PM MST: The issue has been identified and resolved.

12:45 PM MST: We are investigating reports of some customers experiencing slowness inside of their Homestead account. We are aware and are actively investigating the cause and will resolve this as soon as possible.

Our community provider is experiencing some issues with the platform which is affecting the Homestead community. We are working with them to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience.

The community provider reports everything is stable. There will be continued maintenance for a more permanent resolution on October 6th.
