A portion of email that is being sent to mailboxes on our platform is being rejected, however there is no need for you to take any action as generally speaking the mail server of the person sending you a message will attempt to deliver that message again.
We understand how important email delivery is for your business and we apologize if this issue is affecting you. Our network team is fully engaged and working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Update: 3:30 MST: Mail delivery performance is returning to normal levels, however as sending mail servers continue to retry mail that was previously rejected, you may still see mail delivery as delayed until mail from earlier in the day catches up. Our team continues to monitor performance closely and of course, thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this.
