In our ongoing effort to provide members the latest  technologies to ensure their online success, we will be conducting a system maintenance to our Hmail services.

Today marks the start of the second phase in our maintenance window. The upgrade will complete for your account tonight,  Thursday, July 26th, 2012 from 10pm to 2am (Pacific Time). During this maintenance night all mailbox services will be down, but all inbound mail will queue on our servers and will be delivered once the maintenance has completed.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. Every effort is being made to minimize any downtime during this necessary maintenance.

Affected Services: Hmail

Beginning at 9pm (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, July 25th, 2012 due to  the maintenance you will not be able change your Hmail mailbox settings including your password and you will not be able to provision new Hmail  accounts. You will still be able to send and receive emails during this first phase. Starting at 11pm (Pacific Time) that evening until 2am (Pacific Time)  all Hmail services will be brought down fully to complete that nightís upgrade.  Please be assured that your incoming emails will be queued and delivered once your Hmail maintenance is completed.

Periodic maintenance is an important part of our commitment to you, so Intuit Websites will be performing a scheduled maintenance of Storefront.

From 10pm till midnight Pacific Time on Tuesday July 24th, new orders will not be placed and you won’t be able to access Store Administration. The rest of your store and account will still be accessible.

Websites, website administration and site editing tools will be unaffected by the maintenance and fully available.

We are committed to providing you with the most efficient and reliable email service to ensure your online success.  Periodic maintenance is an important part of our commitment to you, therefore we will be conducting a system maintenance to our Hmail services.  The upgrade will take place over multiple nights from Wednesday July 25th, 2012 until Sunday July 29th, 2012.  Your account will only be affected a total of 2 nights during this maintenance.  You will receive an email on the exact nights as well as window of time that you will affected.

Storefront customers will be unable to log in to Store Administration. Visitors will be able to view your website and browse prodcuts from Storefronts during the maintenance, but will be unable to purchase products at that time.
