6:30 AM MST: The issue has been identified, and engineering are working to resolve the problem.

12:30 PM MST: Engineering are still investigating issues regarding intermittent publishing and saving problems with the Website Builder editor.

7:00 AM MST: We are aware some websites having issues publishing correctly. We are investigating the cause and will report here.

Notification: We are aware some people are having an issue with inserting images from the image library.

4:45pm MST: We are investigating an issue with inserting images from the library. You can view the images and insert them to the page, but they will not display on the page. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will resolve it as soon as possible.

Uploading your own images is working at this time.

This issue was resolved around 12:00p MST Friday.

Service Outage: Reports of customer sites down 9/29/2017

We are aware of reports that some customer sites are experiencing intermittent down time. The DNS service used for Homestead sites is experiencing network connectivity issues which is affecting the ability to route traffic to customer sites. We are aware of an issue when trying to edit Websitebuilder sites. Engineers are working on it now. We are sorry for the inconvenience and will resolve the issue as soon as possible

7:45pm: The editor should be up and available at this time, but engineers are still looking into this and will continue to monitor the situation.
